		Welcome to Rosefield Shorthorns. In 2009 we began restoring the family farm. We rebuilt fences, repaired barns, and renovated pastures. Then we went out and bought a good set of Shorthorn heifers. Being a former commercial cow/calf producer, I remembered someone once telling me – “good cattle will always bring good money.” With that in mind Rosefield has committed to these three goals … Goal 1 -  Spend quality time with our grandchildren raising and showing Shorthorns. Goal 2  - Become known for selecting and breeding functional Shorthorn cattle that perform. Goal 3  - Introduce Shorthorn bulls to our neighbors that are raising commercial cattle.
